The Sony Xperia S may be Sony’s Android-powered flagship for international markets and it may get unveiled officially before CES closes its doors.
It runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread and will be updated to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Q2 2012. The device powers by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and 32GB of internal memory. Its 4.3-inch 720p Reality Display produces deep blacks and vivid colors. The Xperia S also packs dual HD video cameras —a 12MP Exmor R camera with f/2.4 aperture, capable of 1080p video recording and a 1.3MP front facing camera with 720p HD video support. It’s PlayStation Certified and will launch in Q1 this year in black and silver.
