HTC Elite is an Android-powered smartphone headed for AT&T with Ice Cream Sandwich and it will also have Beats Audio. It’s reported to be HTC’s flagship phone under the name of HTC Congressional for the first half of 2012 and schedule to launch in the first half of April.
