<p>Regional carrier US Cellular is pegging <a href="http://www.smartphonelive.com/samsung-galaxy-s-aviator-lte-smartphone-with-4-3-inch-wvga-super-amoled-plus-display/">Samsung Galaxy S Aviator</a> that’ll be capable of accessing its upcoming 4G LTE network in April. The new device looks a lot like the Droid Charge and will pack a 4.3-inch WVGA Super AMOLED Plus display, run Android 2.3 Gingerbread, single-core 1GHz processor, an 8MP rear camera, and an HDMI port.

This time, the Ville caught in the blurry video is a prototype, showing off its sleek and slender form-factor as well as a glimpse of HTC Sense 4.0. The device will feature a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display, a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon Series 4 processor, an 8-megapixel display, HSPA+ and a 1,650 mAh battery.

<p>The Sony Ericsson Product Manager for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands confirmed the upcoming <a href="http://www.smartphonelive.com/sony-ericsson-nozomi-android-smartphone-with-720p-hd-display-and-a-dual-core-processor/">Sony Xperia S</a> will come with a special nano coating that is not just dirt repellent but also UV Active. It also features a fast charging ability. Charge times will be reduced by half and a 10-minute charge is good enough to keep the phone going for an hour.

<p>According to GSM-Israel, the successor to the first 3D-enabled smartphone, the LG Optimus 3D would be called <a href="http://www.smartphonelive.com/lg-3d-max-smartphone-with-dual-camera-3d-smartphone/">LG 3D Max</a>. The phone is expected to be announced in one month during MWC. The the LG Optimus 3D will sport a 1.2GHz dual-core Texas Instruments processor, auto-stereoscopic 4.3-inch glasses-free WVGA NOVA display, dual 5MP rear cameras with LED flash, 8GB internal storage, DLNA, WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, 21Mbps HSPA, and NFC.

The DROID 4 measures just half an inch thick and probably most powerful 4G LTE slider. Thanks to upcoming network enhancements, the DROID 4 will be able to roam overseas, making it Verizon’s first 4G LTE device to do so. It is still without an official release date or price.
