The HTC Ville is expected to make its official debut at MWC 2012 in late February, and then tipped to head to T-Mobile USA shortly after. Verizon plans to drop the Motorola DROID 4 to $199.99 on contract, according to a recent MAP list obtained by Droid-Life. The DROID 4 measures just half an inch thick and probably most powerful 4G LTE slider.
